Sebastian is a lovely, friendly and very knowledgeable man.  He did a great job in my house which has persistent mould spots by clearing the issue and helping me identify why it was happening.  Without his knowledge and expertise I would continue to struggle with it.  Now I have a few things to save for and put into place to prevent it ever happening again and to increase my heat retention within the house, saving me money in the long run.  Sebastian has been so helpful so far and his aftercare is amazing.  Once the job is done he is on hand to ask questions and give advice. Took the time to explain why the issue was happening, ruled out ineffective fixes, and focused on the real cause rather than upselling treatments. I contacted Sebastian to remove mould from a few ceilings in my house. He was very prompt in contacting me about talking me through the whole process and and any questions I had were completely answered. He arrived a few days later and wow! He done the most amazing job. Friendly and professional and very tidy job. He sent a full report of everything that he done with pictures and was able to tell me where the damp came from etc. his recommendations for everything to do with aftercare of the mould being removed were so detailed. I’d happily recommend Sebastian based on my own experience of his work. Arranging the appointment was very easy and he arrived promptly to begin the cleaning process. I was very impressed by his knowledge and the time he took to explain both what he was doing and why. Every room was examined with the thermal camera. The work was completed to the highest standard and I was informed of the progress throughout. A detailed report containing the survey findings and recommendations was also provided. I contacted Cleaning Contractors on 23rd June via WhatsApp regarding upholstery cleaning. Response was prompt and after sending pictures of my sofas was provided with a quote and asked if I was happy to proceed. I felt no obligation but found the price very reasonable and was therefore happy to proceed. I was booked in for the following Wednesday at 10am. Sebastian was very responsive from the initial enquiry. He and his team arrived on time, worked very hard and as promised left us with almost dry carpets. We are very pleased with the result of the steam cleaning having not used this service before. Looked for a mould removal individual and came across Sebastian. I explained that the house had a significant mould problem and needed it cleaning. He was brilliant. He fully explained the service, what they did and why. We agreed the plan to be to clean and a fumigation to kill all spores. He arrived exactly when he said he would. Again he explained what he was going to do and answered my questions with clear and easy answered. No jargon or hedging. He cleaned the walls that were affected as well as the ceiling. He then explained the source of the mould and gave me a plan to go forward with. His attitude, punctuality and work ethic was outstanding. Sebastian was wonderful from start to finish. I called him as a guest we were hosting had smoked in their room and we required that the odour be removed quickly. Sebastian talked me through the options and was able to squeeze us in the next evening - which was so important for us due to the business we could have lost if there had been a long wait. He arrived on schedule and explained everything clearly as well as providing a quote for the work in advance. I was really impressed with the knowledge and advice Sebastian gave over the phone, and he explained (in depth) the treatment he would use on the carpets to eliminate the urine smell. He was able to fit us in within a week of contacting him, and did an outstanding job. Our carpets look like new again, and the odour completely gone. Sebastian quite literally saved my life. I was faced, unexpectedly, with a severe amount of mould on my kitchen walls when installing a new kitchen. Myself and my young daughter had become ill for sinister unknown reasons. Seb turned up like a SUPERHERO with his gas canister of biocide mould-killing chemicals, and within hours had transformed my home into a sparkling clean, mould-free, disinfected environment. wow, we've uses carpet cleaning services before but Seb from Cleaning Contractors just amazed in comparison.  very professsional, very knowledgeable even retreated the carpet when i mentioned milk was spilt on the carpet recently... I got my living room furniture cleaned and I am absolutely delighted. They did a fantastic job. We have a cat with urinary problems, so had cat urine stains on our upholstery. Sebastian was great, very knowledgeable and was able to clean biohazard stains with no problems. I can't recommend them enough. Honest and reliable. I will definitely be using them again! I done a renovation clean for a company however I was unable to do anything with several of the tile floors as I do not have any expertise in this area. Just had travertine kitchen floor cleaned and re-sealed by Sebastian and his wife from Causeway Cleaning. They did a great job - and they are lovely people to work with - courteous, on time and efficient. Our floor looks as good as new. We would recommend Causeway cleaning to anyone.
